ccImport enables you to quickly and easily import credit card purchase transactions into QuickBooks. You no longer need to manually enter these expenses if your card issuer provides a Quicken® download file. ccImport will read Quicken® import files and let you select what transactions to post to QuickBooks. It also lets you specify the QuickBooks Vendor and Expense Account to post with the purchase. Best of all, it remembers these settings so that on subsequent imports, Vendors and Accounts do not need to be selected again. The more you use ccImport, the easier and faster it becomes!
Our latest version of ccImport provides for bank statement processing. Just as you downloaded your credit card statements before, now you can download bank statements into ccImport allowing you to post checks and deposits right into QuickBooks as well.
ccImport currently accepts Quicken .QFX files (OFX version 1.02) and QIF files. Check the web site of your issuing bank to see if they provide a statement download file in one of these formats. If your bank provides a format which ccImport does not currently support please contact us. We appreciate y our input as we strive to make ccImport an indispensable application.
