Does ChargeLink work with Authorize.NET?
No, currently ChargeLink only supports processing via a Chase Paymentech account. See the link on the ChargeLink product page for details.

No, all you need to do is pay the one-time purchase price.
Can I use my bank for processing with ChargeLink
No, currently ChargeLink only supports processing via a Chase Paymentech account.
Does ChargeLink work with QuickBooks 2008?
No. Due to changes in the latest qbSDK, credit card information is no longer available to third party applications and batch processing cannot be completed.
I need to reconfigure ChargeLink, or I keep getting an error that tells me, "The Token Must Be Rotated?"
As a security measure, the ChargeLink token will expire after 90 days, forcing you to reset your configuration and choose a new password. To rotate the token, please do the following:

  1. Delete the PTLS.config file from C:\Program Files\Synergration\ChargeLink\
  2. Delete the Gateway_IPCommerce.xml and ChargeLinkConfig.xml files from C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ChargeLink\
  3. Restart ChargeLink and reenter your configuration. Synergration strongly encourages you to choose a new password to protect your valuable credit card information.

NOTE: The Application Data directory is hidden by default. To reveal this folder, in the Explorer menu bar go to Tools -> Folder Options -> View. Under Hidden Files and Folders, select Show Hidden Files and Folders.
