ChargeLink adds a menu item to QuickBooks that lets you quickly process credit card payments. For each Transaction you create or modify, ChargeLink will automatically pop-up and provide you with the option to process the credit card or not. It will read all unpaid Sales Receipts from your company file and enables you to process the credit card payment with a single mouse click. In addition, ChargeLink includes complete receive payment functionality that allows you to record credit card payments for invoices and process the credit card charge from a single entry screen. It also support credit card credits.
ChargeLink supports batch processing of credit card payments. Unlike the Integrated Merchant Account Service, ChargeLink allows you to select multiple charges and submit them for processing from a single screen. You no longer need to open and save each transaction. This is an ideal solution for companies downloading and processing multiple orders online.
ChargeLink currently supports IPCommerce's Payment Server.
