Does ActiveContact work with Outlook 2000?
Outlook 2000 is not supported by ActiveContact due to a few innocuous, yet unavoidable issues in that environment.
If you choose to run ActiveContact using Outlook 2000 you do so at your own risk.
So I installed ActiveContact, now what?
ActiveContact is an Microsoft Outlook add-in. This means it is launched within Outlook.
If you open up the New Mail window in Outlook you will see an ActiveContact button in the toolbar as well as
an ActiveContact drop-down in the menu. Clicking on the toolbar button or selecting Launch ActiveContact in the menu
will launch ActiveContact.
ActiveContact keeps giving an QuickBooks Export Error?
Your QuickBooks company file must be open for ActiveContact to connect with it. If you continue to
experience this problem, please uninstall ActiveContact and delete the ActiveContact folder located in C:\Program Files\Synergration;
then reinstall ActiveContact.
