Enable Your Customers and Vendors to Access Their QuickBooks Account Information via the Web
AccountsOnline provides a QuickBooks portal that enables your customers to view their account history online in a web browser. Leveraging the power and infrastructure of Intuit's Partner Platform, AccountsOnline will give your customers the ability to view their contact information as well as any invoices, credit memos, sales orders, sales receipts, and payments on file.
There are two views, one for administrators/business owners, and another for owners. The sole difference between the two is that the administrator is provided a full customer list showing all accounts and corresponding balances so they can remotely view customer transaction history whereas the customer is limited to information solely pertaining to their account.
As of the current release, all data presented is read-only. We hope in the (very) near future to provide functionality to that customers, if permitted by the administrator, can update their contact information from the AccountsOnline interface with those changes automatically being synced back to the master QuickBooks file.
